Job Description:
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Certified Technical Architect (preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integration tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including multi-cloud environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Expertise in designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.
- Deep knowledge of data migration strategies and tools (e.g., Data Loader, Informatica).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to mentor and provide leadership in Salesforce best practices.
