$51.00/hr - $53.00/hr Date Posted: 04/22/2025 Hiring Organization: Rose International Position Number: 479710 Job Title: Senior Technical Designer (Women's Fashion) Job Location: Manhattan, NY, USA, 10038 Work Model: Onsite Employment Type: Temporary Min Hourly Rate($): 51.00 Max Hourly Rate($): 53.00 Must Have Skills/Attributes: Adobe Illustrator Centric PLM Design Fashion industry Microsoft Excel PLM Job Description ***Only qualified Technical Designers candidates with Intimate/Apparel experience located near Manhattan New York to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence. *** Education: • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, or Equivalent Experience Skills & Abilities: Senior Level: 7+ years experience in technical design with intimates/apparel Individual contributor position responsible for executing the technical design process from development to final fit. Responsible for analyzing and evaluating garments to develop the correct fit specifications. Ensures that products are developed in a manner consistent with established fit quality, standards, manufacturer capabilities and cost specifications. Develops technical specifications and communicates fit to vendors/factories for approvals and corrections. Makes appropriate adjustments with factories as required to ensure integrity of design approved prototypes while monitoring quality and targeted price. Typically reports to Technical Services Manager. Typically directs Assistant or Associate Technical Designers. Must have participated or owned their own fittings, can write up fit comments & pattern correction. Must have experience with Centric, MS Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Flex PLM. Seniority level:
