Job Summary (Senior SAP Solution Architect)
Location:
High Point, NC 27261 (Hybrid), local
Must have 15+ years experience

Core Responsibilities
Deliver best-fit SAP solutions, providing optimal estimations for customer needs.
Act as technical and business consultant during pre-sales and post-sales for large enterprise ERP implementations.
Serve as SME for S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and related SAP suites, advising clients throughout SAP S/4HANA sales and implementations.
Provide expertise in Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes, including integration with other SAP ERP modules.
Analyze and support Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes hands-on.
Collaborate with sales/presales teams to develop account strategies and sales content.
Lead executive meetings, solution workshops, and design sessions, presenting business value of SAP solutions.
Identify solution options, evaluate pros/cons, and recommend best-fit strategies and timelines.
Create business requirement documents, process maps, high-level solution designs, and scope of work documents.
Ensure smooth handoff of solution designs and cost estimations to Delivery Teams post-sale.
Guide customer discovery sessions based on industry best practices and SAP experiences.
Stay updated on SAP product roadmaps and trends to influence presales strategies.
Build business cases for cloud migration and transformation, focusing on ROI and TCO.
Deliver customized demos, workshops, and presentations on SAP’s cloud portfolio.
Coordinate with SAP technical/implementation teams for seamless presales-to-delivery transitions.
Monitor SAP cloud market and competitive trends to keep presales strategies relevant.
Train pre-sales team members on SAP technical offerings.
General Duties & Requirements
15+ years in SAP presales, solution architecture, and consulting, with a focus on cloud products.
Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and related modules (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
Deep understanding of SAP’s cloud suite (S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.
Experience in manufacturing or life sciences industries is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
