Sr. Project Manager, Technology (Warehouse Management Systems) This range is provided by GXO Logistics, Inc.. Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr As the Senior Project Manager, Technology, you’ll troubleshoot problems, implement solutions, and monitor the effectiveness of the systems that keep GXO running smoothly. What you’ll do on a typical day: Lead, execute, and deliver GXO’s most important Oracle ERP finance-driven projects Follow standard project methodology and a defined SDLC process to lead the project team in creating industry-changing applications for the 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) industry Manage all aspects of an SDLC process including project timelines, scope, budgets, resources, and delivery Coordinate with all business and IT stakeholders to deliver projects Work directly with the PMO to continually improve the project methodology, SDLC process, deliverable templates, etc. Act as mentor and coach to other project managers on the team What you need to succeed at GXO: At a minimum, you’ll need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 2 years of experience leading, driving, and delivering Tier 1 ERP projects with multiple integrated work streams for the entire SDLC process Proven experience managing ERP projects using waterfall and agile methodologies It’d be great if you also have: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering PMP certified 10 years of experience leading, driving, and delivering Tier 1 ERP projects with multiple integrated work streams for the entire SDLC process Experience leading implementations of Oracle EBS Worked in the IT/Finance area of a logistics and or supply chain organization Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team of business and IT professionals Impeccable verbal and written communications skills to work effectively with senior stakeholders Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems Ability to travel up to 25% Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology and Project Management Industries Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage #J-18808-Ljbffr
