Nashville, Tennessee, Job Description: Tennessee State University Center of Excellence Learning Sciences invites applications for the position of Marketing/Recruiting Coordinator – TECTA. This position is responsible for the program’s marketing and communications strategies and the program’s overall branding and image.
Responsibilities:
- Works in collaboration with members of TECTA management to ensure consistent messaging across TECTA programs.
- Prepares annual marketing plans and creates a calendar of campaigns and events.
- Provides evaluations of progress toward recruitment goals.
- Assists TECTA Program Director in reporting TECTA program related data and statistics.
- Makes presentations at local and state professional conferences and meetings.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize tasks, prioritize/reprioritize, review, and monitor systems efficiently to provide reports and deliver feedback effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects at one time and meet firm deadlines.
- Ability to communicate with statewide partners and other agencies.
