In this hybrid role, you'll handle both inbound and outbound calls, helping new and existing clients understand their coverage options, make policy changes, and receive top-tier customer service. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups to leads and clients Educate prospects and policyholders on auto, renters, homeowners, and other P&C insurance products Assist with quotes, policy changes, billing inquiries, and claim-related support Provide personalized, attentive service that builds lasting relationships Maintain accurate records and stay compliant with agency guidelines Keep up-to-date on product offerings and carrier requirements What We're Looking For Active Property & Casualty Insurance License - 220
