We seek candidates with the ability to travel within the territory, make outbound calls, and have 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience. The role focuses on increasing agent awareness of our products, including Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Professional Liability, and E&S Lines (preferred). Candidates should be based in Cleveland, Toledo, or Columbus. Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; insurance licenses or designations preferred. 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience preferred. Ability to travel within the territory. Excellent customer service skills and proactive communication. Experience in educating agents on various insurance products. Essential Functions
Collaborate with the northern Ohio underwriting team to develop growth strategies. Build and maintain relationships with agents through visits, calls, and emails, tracking their production. Onboard new agency partners and provide training on systems, products, and procedures. Identify key and high-potential agencies for targeted engagement. Implement strategies to increase new business and improve ratios. Travel with the underwriting team for meetings and agency visits. Serve as a liaison between the agency and underwriting teams. Represent Arlington/Roe in key industry groups and associations. Manage agency performance and assist with collections when needed. Perform other duties as assigned. For more information, visit
