Salary: $130,000 + bonus

The objective
As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll represent our organization across the specified region. Your mission? To forge lasting partnerships with universities, colleges, and higher education institutions, introducing them to our innovative equipment and demonstrating how we can enhance their engineering programs.
Key responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as professors, department heads, and procurement specialists.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations highlighting our equipment's benefits.
Develop and implement a sales strategy to maximize impact within the territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in higher education.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients to ensure their success.
Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to stay current and build connections.
Qualifications and skills:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (relevant experience can substitute).
Proven success in technical sales, especially within the education sector.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and modern engineering education needs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the territory.
