Under general supervision, this position is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the company's digital identity strategy. You will ensure the secure and efficient management of user identities across platforms while enhancing user experience and compliance with security standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads/participates in design, development and implementation of identity and access management (IAM) solutions across the enterprise to ensure secure access to digital resources for employees, customers, and partners. Oversees the operations of Account Administration function and manages Identity governance throughout the Identity lifecycle. Designs and operates Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access control (RBAC) systems. Collaborates with IT, security, and compliance teams to maintain regulatory compliance in identity management processes. Maintains knowledge of applicable policies, regulations, and compliance documents related to classified computing assets and environments. Participates in audits of information technology systems. Monitors and analyzes identity management systems, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Recommends resource allocation to ensure secure operation and meet requirements. Manages priorities and escalations related to digital identity tasks and access issues. Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Manages service level agreement requirements as documented. Performs other duties as assigned. Observes all laws, regulations, and obligations relevant to the company's operations. Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience. Strong experience with Identity Management tools (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory). Basic understanding of Identity Management principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Experience organizing, planning, scheduling, and managing work to meet project milestones. Ability to quickly understand new concepts and contribute to process development. Customer-focused with problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills. Ability to work independently or in a team, with extended hours as needed. Scripting or automation skills are strongly desired. May require Information Assurance certification; CISSP, CISM, or GSLC preferred. Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $90,930 - $162,788 Additional Details
