Sales Director – Proprietary Products Cornerstone Senior Marketing Powell, OH About Cornerstone Cornerstone is a full-service Field Marketing Office (FMO) specializing in the senior market. Job Summary: Experienced Insurance Agent to recruit & manage agents/agencies who sell Medicare Supplement and Ancillary plans to eligible prospects. Successful candidates will have the sales knowledge & experience to recruit & coach existing agents in the Medicare space. The goal is to increase the number of selling agents in Cornerstone Senior Marketing (CSM) downline, thereby increasing the number of insurance agents selling Medicare plans and supplemental products annually. Primary Responsibilities: Recruiting, Coaching & Supporting agents to sell Medicare plans to consumers
Answering questions, guiding & assisting agents with various Medicare sales-related situations
Provide in person and virtual training to agents
Promote CSM benefits to agent/agency partners
Develop & maintain positive relationships with local carrier representatives and CSM agents
Work with CSM team to achieve sales goals to maximize company growth
Model a high-level of professionalism and integrity with every interaction
Cold calling to insurance agents and agencies
Primary Skills & Requirements:
Valid Health Insurance license
Proven Sales, training, and management experience, preferably in Medicare
High level of Integrity & Competitive Team-Player
Assertive, Goal-Oriented, Positive & Self Motivated
Excellent Communication Skills
Adapt quickly in fast paced environment
Professional Demeanor & Personal Accountability
Ability to work independently with little supervision
Time management, able to meet deadlines
College Education preferred or equivalent experience
