As a Staffing Solutions Manager, you will utilize your technology, charisma, and communication skills to sell our services and recruit top talent. You’ll play a crucial role in fostering relationships that help companies boost their productivity while assisting individuals in finding fulfilling careers. Your Key Responsibilities: Effectively sell and recruit using modern media tools. Identify potential clients who require Randstad's workforce services and solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers. Create partnerships through various communication channels with decision-makers. Engage in active outreach through calls, virtual meetings, and on-site visits. Listen to diagnose workforce gaps that may be hindering a client’s success. Negotiate pricing to maximize the value of our quality solutions. Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Coaching and retaining top talent. Marketing candidates to ensure they find the right job match. Documenting interactions and processes thoroughly. Offering innovative and creative employment solutions. Delivering services that consistently delight our clients and talent. What You Need to Succeed: A Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-3 years of professional sales experience. A proven track record of excellence in previous roles. Technical competency to navigate various digital tools. Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients and candidates. Experience delivering results in a metrics-driven environment. Adeptness in leveraging digital tools and Google Suite applications. A readiness to thrive in a hybrid work environment. A passion for achieving results, resilience, and a desire for excellence. Natural curiosity and determination to succeed. Proficient in using Google email, calendaring, and shared drives.
