JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
Prepare financial forecasts
Prepare schedules and ensure schedules are adhered to
Manage RFI process and submittal process
Prepare job meeting agendas
Approve pay applications and invoices from subcontractors
Review pay applications to Owners
Review drawing changes to determine impact on schedule or job cost
Approve Owner and subcontractor change requests and change orders
Provide prompt responses to all team members
Maintain quality control throughout project
Determine time of Punch List walk-throughs
Ensure safety regulations are followed on job site
Negotiate Subcontractor buyout opportunities
Bid new projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication with clients, management, team members, and subcontractors
Strong attention to detail and organization
Display strong time management and decision-making skills
Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
Strong work ethic and goal oriented
Must be able to do cost projections and budgeting
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project required
Proficient in ProCore, Timberline Project Management, and Timberline Estimating preferred
