Full-time, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm This is a full-time, in-person, exempt position – Must be a local Bay Area resident. General Requirements:
Must have excellent customer service skills, including comprehensive listening abilities in order to communicate patiently and compassionately with people. Must be a Hoffman Process graduate. A background in counseling, coaching, or psychology is a plus. Proficiency with English; Spanish would be a plus. Electronic Communications:
Proficiency in MS 365, Adobe Acrobat, FileMaker Pro. Technically knowledgeable with Mac/Apple computer. Experience with Zoom Application including Zoom phones, meetings, and scheduler. Purpose of Job and Intended Results:
As an Enrollment Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, providing guidance, support, and exceptional customer service. You will help participants navigate the enrollment process, understand the foundational principles of the Hoffman Process, and complete their pre-Process assignments. The ideal candidate has a warm, welcoming, and compassionate nature and is committed to creating a supportive environment for those embarking on this deeply personal journey. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as a knowledgeable and empathetic guide for prospective students considering the Hoffman Process. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and video communication, ensuring students feel supported and understood. Educate students on Negative Love Syndrome as the main concept of the work. Assist students in completing the pre-Process assignments, answering any questions, and providing clarity where needed. Address logistical inquiries, including scheduling, payment, accommodations, and program expectations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and progress within the enrollment system. Collaborate with internal teams, including facilitators and administrative staff, to ensure a seamless enrollment experience. Uphold the values and mission of the Hoffman Institute, demonstrating empathy, integrity, and a deep commitment to personal development. Education & Experience
Must be a graduate of the Hoffman Process. Strong passion for personal growth, self-awareness, and transformational work. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Experience in customer service, counseling, or admissions is preferred. Ability to explain complex emotional and psychological concepts in an accessible and supportive manner. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple student interactions.
