• Experience: Minimum 2 years Acute Dialysis RN (Peritoneal dialysis experience highly preferred )
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS – Required
• Licensure: Active RN license – Yes to submit
• Charting System: N/A
• Dialysis Machines: Fresenius T & K
• # of Machines: 25
