Experience 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required with some in the last 24 months. Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months. Requirements Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required after submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Local & travel allowed. Candidates living COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted. Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details CVICU Float Pool Guaranteed Hours 36 This would be critical care (ICU) shifts would be D/N rotation 12 hour shifts 7am-7:30pm and 7pm-7:30am with every other weekend. They would need to have competencies in devices Impellas, CVVH, IABP, and LVADs. Will float to all 6 ICUs and Pratt 8 our Cardiomyopathy IMC unit. Nurse: Patient Ratios 2:1 or 1:1 depending on acuity Common diagnoses/Types of patients Varies on each unit all critical care and IMC level of care on Pratt 8- Level 1 trauma acute patients.
