Job Details:
Pay: $2,800 per week
Positions Open: 1
Travel Contract
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Requirements:
Active Unrestricted CA PT License
BLS by American Heart Association - required
1 year of Skilled PT Experience (willing to accept clinicians without prior Home Health Experience)
Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
