We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated night shift team. The Telemetry Unit provides specialized care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and close observation. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment.
• Provide direct nursing care to patients with cardiac and medical conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and post-discharge care.
• Document all care provided accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Respond to emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Minimum of 2 years
• Strong cardiac monitoring and clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Must Have Skills/Experience: Life Pak, Zoll, Masimo
• Required Education: Associates
