Job Details
General job duties and types of procedures required: Manages individualized, goal directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures and standards of nursing practice.
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Meditech, OBIX, Pyxis Supply Stations.
Job Requirements
~3 years Med-Surg background with critical thinking skills.
~ Active AK state RN license.
~ HS AED, BLS required.
Schedule Information
~12 hours shifts.
Unit Specific Information
Meditech and OBIX training 3 day training, plus unit specific orientation.
CPH requires RN's complete Medication Testing once on site (to be completed within first two weeks).
Additional Details
~ AK RN license
~ Heart Saver AED Certification
~ BLS Certification - must be AHA
~3 years of Med Surg Experience
~ Does this candidate require time off during the assignment? If yes, please put dates in the comments section.
~ Experience with EPIC charting
~ Is this candidate a 1099?
~ Has this traveler ever had a pushed start date for an assignment or started late for any reason?
