OVERVIEW:
Alo is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Sr. Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Corporate Treasury or banking experience. As a Sr. Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting the Treasury team with the analytical functions performed in the Treasury department related to daily global cash management & liquidity, global cash forecast, payments, debt, investments, and special projects as needed. The Sr. Treasury Analyst will assist with the implementation of the treasury management system, and prior experience is preferred. The company is growing rapidly, expanding the number of retail stores in both the domestic and international markets. The Treasury Analyst will play an active role in this dynamic growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Cash Management:
Reconcile current and prior day bank reports against the cash positioning worksheet. Assist with cash forecast, debt management, and interest expense reporting. The Treasury Analyst will own the daily cash positioning function. Banking Operations:
Assist the department with administrative requests from bank and financial partners to prepare KYC, complete forms, gather legal documentation, analyze bank fees, and coordinate bank activities to support the company's financial operations. Assist the department with bank portal administration duties related to signing authority and limits by bank account. Assist with other tasks as needed, such as making deposits, initiating payments, and running reports. Bank Accounts:
Help open foreign and domestic bank accounts. Organize bank account files, bank account signers, and ensure files are kept up to date. Support Retail Stores:
Help with new store openings by initiating armored car and other third-party services. Work with banks to ensure stores have what they need to deposit cash and perform banking functions in their area. Credit cards:
Help administer the company's corporate card program by completing applications for new cards, managing limits, and ensuring cards are used according to policy. Compliance:
Ensure compliance with Treasury policies. Technology:
Assist the team with implementing Treasury technology to automate processes. Process Improvement:
Assist the Treasury team in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of treasury operations.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in treasury or related field in finance. Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented and able to thrive in a creative and fast-paced organization with competing and shifting priorities. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Must have intermediate-level Microsoft Excel skills, and be comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Ideal candidate has worked for an international company and has experience opening and managing international bank accounts. Strong affinity for Alo's values Experience with treasury management systems or financial software a plus. CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), or similar are a plus.
The base salary range for this position is $95,000-$115,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
