Requirements
• 1+ years Maintenance experience and a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of tools and light maintenance is an asset & preferred.
• Ability to think on the spot and assist in finding practical solutions to facility challenges.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving materials as required.

Duties
• Assist with setting up and maintaining grow rooms, including installing trellis netting and adjusting environmental controls as directed.
• Perform minor repairs and basic maintenance on facility equipment, tools, and structures.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to complete daily tasks and ensure smooth facility operations.
• Assist with general facility upkeep, including light cleaning, moving materials, and troubleshooting small issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols at all times.
• Adaptable to other duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment.
