Specific area: Growth Ventures manages and builds data and software-led businesses, including a leading data and analytics business with nearly $50 trillion in assets under data management. We are developing a new API-first solution for the alternative investment and wealth management ecosystems, targeting a market in the trillions of dollars. This entrepreneurial opportunity involves innovating and creating new products, solutions, and a business. Responsibilities: Defines architecture design based on product requirements in accordance with architecture principles, ensuring compliance with policies. Oversees development activities, ensuring standards are met. Responsible for low-level design, development, and code review. Approximately 60% hands-on development and 40% solution architecture and design. Contributes to enterprise-level tech initiatives, identifying ways to maximize technology asset value. Designs stable, high-performance, and reusable solutions. Supports multiple teams' objectives, adapting to local regulations and requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; advanced degree preferred. At least 10 years of experience in technology. Required skills: Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Python, REST, Swagger, Apache Camel, Spring Batch, Kafka/MQ, MongoDB. Preferred skills: JavaScript, Angular/React, CSS, HTML5. Startup experience, especially in FinTech product development, is highly desirable. Experience with Cloud-native architecture, Microservices, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS. Ability to quickly learn new solutions and frameworks. Experience with scalable, resilient systems, BPM (Camunda preferred), Big Data (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark). Agile development, CI/CD, and DevOps experience required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starter. Financial services or FinTech experience is a plus. Candidate profile:
