Role Summary:
You will provide leadership in delivering professional nursing care to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients. Your responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, while also supervising care and educating patients and their families. Qualifications: Required Education:
Bachelor's in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with a goal to achieve it within five years of hire. Experience-based exemptions may apply. Preferred Education:
Master’s in Nursing. Required License/Certifications:
Active RN licensure in North Carolina; BLS Certification. Preferred License/Certifications:
National Certification in your specialty area. Required Experience:
Minimum one year of experience in hospital nursing.
