Piper Companies is seeking a
Lead UX Designer
to join one of the nation’s premier credit unions located in
McLean, VA . The
Lead UX Designer
will demonstrate expertise in Consumer Banking product design.
This role will be onsite!
Responsibilities of the Lead UX Designer include:
Incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research and design.
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to enhance user experiences.
Utilize the full range of UX and visual design to create insightful, data-driven products.
Design, enhance, rapidly test, and iterate designs to develop new products that help manage data more efficiently.
Qualifications for the Lead UX Designer include:
BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in UX Design and Consumer Banking Products.
Experience with Strategic Planning, Thinking, and Execution in Portfolio Management.
Proficiency with Figma and Salesforce Lightning in UX design.
Compensation for the Lead UX Designer includes:
Salary Range:
$140,000 - $150,000
*depending on experience*
Hourly Rate Range:
$65 - $72.11/hr W2
Comprehensive Benefits:
