We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team and guide the charge in enhancing our digital experience. As the industry continues to prioritize accessibility and user experience, we need a dedicated professional to ensure our digital properties meet compliance requirements and set the standard for best practices in customer online user experience.
Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F. No relocation offered.
Key Responsibilities
Build a Design System. Develop a comprehensive library of GDM-approved components to enhance our digital customer experience. Focus on creating reusable components and interaction patterns to streamline development processes across all businesses. Governance and Standardization - Provide standard UX-focused tickets for development teams, ensuring a seamless workflow and thoughtfulness of the end-to-end customer journey. Ensure all current designs exceed the standards set by WCAG 2.2 for accessibility. Conduct comprehensive audits, design reviews, and implement best practices for accessibility in design and functionality.
