Role Overview
As a key member of the Financial Lines team, your primary responsibilities will include underwriting and pursuing new business, servicing brokerage partners, and focusing on management and professional liability products for financial institutions, including directors & officers liability, E&O, fiduciary, and employment practices liability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 3+ years management liability underwriting experience for Senior Underwriter; financial institutions experience preferred
- 5+ years management liability underwriting for Executive Underwriter; financial institutions experience preferred
- Proven relationship management skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit

- Goal-oriented with results delivery
- Willingness to travel 10-15%
Location and Compensation
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement in select locations (e.g., Chicago, LA, Dallas, etc.), working three days a week onsite. The annual base salary ranges from $101,200 to $192,000, with additional bonuses and incentives based on performance and experience.
