Role Overview The Community Health Center Manager oversees the daily operations of one or more Tapestry 360 Community Health Centers, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Join our team where colleagues are supportive, and work is fulfilling and meaningful.

Major Responsibilities
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff including Patient Support Specialists, Clinical Support Assistants, Medical Assistants, and Supervisors.
Manage employee performance, address complaints, and enforce policies.
Ensure customer service goals are met, including adherence to AIDET principles.
Develop and review policies related to scheduling, registration, and eligibility screening.
Minimum Qualifications
Active Illinois Registered Nurse license
Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification
Excellent customer service and active listening skills
Desired Qualifications
Associates Degree with six years of experience in a community health setting or equivalent, including two years of supervisory experience.
Certificates or degrees in Medical Practice Management or Business/Health Administration are preferred.
