Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Up to $5,000 Sign On Bonus!

We’re looking for a Full-Time energetic and enthusiastic Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner at our clinic located in Flagstaff, AZ. Location:
1000 N Humphreys, Cross Streets: North Humphrey's St. & Highway 180 The hours for this facility are 7AM to 7PM Monday – Sunday. The work schedule will require working 12-hour shifts, rotating weekends and occasional holidays if applicable. Benefits: EAP 401K matching Referral program Employee clinics visit program Provider bonus program Essential Education, Experience and Skills: Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license Active D.E.A. NCCPA certification for a Physician Assistant or an ANCC or AANP certification for a Nurse Practitioner Nurse Practitioners must be permitted to treat all age groups, from infant to geriatric, as per their board specialty, such as Family Nurse Practitioner Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant studies or Master’s of Nursing degree in Nurse Practitioner studies Active BLS Certification Must be comfortable with all age groups DOT Certification
is/may be
required. If you are not currently certified, we will register you for the training at no cost to you. Must be able to work occasional weekends and holidays, the amount of these shifts will depend on the facility you are assigned to.
