Subaru Santa Monica, a proud member of the LAcarGUY Family of Dealerships, is excited to announce that we are hiring a Sales Manager - Pre-Owned to join our team! Responsibilities Overseeing the acquisition and management of the dealership’s used vehicle inventory. Interacting with customers, brokers, auctions, and other sources to purchase vehicles. Appraising, purchasing, reconditioning, displaying, and merchandising the used vehicle inventory. Setting and forecasting sales goals, gross profit targets, and key expenses on both a monthly and annual basis. Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Used Car Manager at a New Car Franchise dealership is required Subaru experience preferred High-energy, results-driven attitude with strong leadership and coaching skills Proficiency in F&I processes and CDK software Previous experience with high-volume automotive sales, buying, and appraisals Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with customers Proficiency in automotive valuation tools and dealership management systems Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required. You must have or acquire a valid California Vehicle Salesperson License. Compensation The estimated annual earnings for this position are $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 after factoring in all forms of compensation including salary, commissions, bonuses, etc. Employees in this position will receive a base salary of approximately $6,000.00 per month, plus commissions and bonuses based on performance. Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
