This is a great opportunity for someone with experience or drive to lead, coach, and support a team while staying hands-on with day-to-day operations. As the Sales Porter Lead, you will perform all standard porter duties
and
play a key role in supervising the porter team, ensuring work quality, and supporting sales and management with logistical coordination.
This position moves and cleans vehicles, and helps general sales manager as requested. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Compensation Bonus (monthly) $1.00 per all new and used cars sold. To receive the $1.00 per car sold, you must be employed for the entire month. Shift Differential An extra $1.00 per hour will be earned for hours worked between the hours of 9:00 am Saturday to 9:00 pm Sunday.
Schedule-
Full Time TBD but will most likely include weekends - possibly 4-10's

Responsibilities
Maintains new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary Places buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles Keeps new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards Cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed Makes key tags for vehicles Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications
