Amica Talent is working with a leading global EPC contractor at the forefront of the clean energy transition across North America. We’re now hiring Estimators of all levels to join their dynamic team in Houston, TX , supporting high-impact utility-scale solar and battery energy storage (BESS) projects.

&##128188; What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop accurate, competitive cost estimates for large-scale solar + BESS projects
Analyze drawings, specs, and subcontractor quotes to inform bid strategies
Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
Participate in bid reviews , client proposals , and stakeholder meetings
Track and forecast material pricing, labor costs, and market trends
Use top-tier tools like HeavyBid , Procore , Bid2Win and Excel to build and refine cost models
✅ What We’re Looking For:
~2–15+ years of experience in estimating for construction, power, or renewables
~ Background in utility-scale solar, BESS, or substation projects strongly preferred
~ Strong command of estimating tools ( HeavyBid , Bid2Win , Excel , Procore )
~ Excellent analytical and communication skills
~ Degree in Construction Management , Engineering , or similar (preferred)
