Long Term Developer with 10 years .NET experience - Onsite 3 days a week in Richmond, VA. Manager Notes:

Requests ONLY submit candidates who already LIVE IN RICHMOND, VA. Will be responsible for purchasing parking through VDOT's Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking. VDOT-AMD is seeking a Developer with strong oral and written communication skills and at least 10+ years of .NET Web application development experience. Experience with .NET web application lifecycle, middleware, C#, Web API Design, Development and Security, Blazor, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Mud Blazor), CSS3, and HTML5 is required. Responsibilities include managing, encoding, analyzing complex software requirements, designing and developing high-quality components using the .NET Core framework, ensuring best practices, prioritizing work, and documenting systems. The candidate should have strong communication skills for technical and business discussions. Core Technical Skills and Behavior

Strong understanding of C# Experience with .NET web application lifecycle and middleware Experience with software development and architecture patterns Web API Design, Development, and Security Relational database design T-SQL development Writing effective unit and integration tests Knowledge of system design patterns, architecture, effort estimation, testing practices Understanding key business processes and IT strategies Collaborate with project analysts to clarify requirements Participate in Agile SDLC Team-oriented attitude and skills Experience with Git / TFS (Azure DevOps) Desired Skills

Mud Blazor component library Front-end: HTML, CSS, JS Dapper ORM Azure DevOps Serilog or similar logging library Test Driven Development Experience Requirements
