This role leads and oversees the investment banking at CLA, driving strategic initiatives, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of transactions.Essential Job FunctionsLead and manage the investment banking team, providing strategic direction and guidance.Collaborate with leadership to align the investment banking strategy with the overall business objectives.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions.Oversee the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.Lead development of client offering memoranda, and client management presentations.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Mentor and develop junior team members.RequirementsExperiences:15 Years Of Relevant Experience RequiredExperience in M&A advisory preferred.EducationBachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field required.Certifications / LicensesFINRA Series 24 license requiredTravelThis position requires This job requires working in our officeOur PerksFlexible PTO (designed to offer flexible time away for you!)Up to 12 weeks paid parental leavePaid Volunteer Time OffMental health coverageQuarterly Wellness stipendFertility benefitsComplete list of benefits hereThe wage range for this position in Minnesota is: $225,000 – $275,000.The wage range for this position in Illinois is: $225,000– $275,000.Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
