Position Overview
The General Manager for our Contract Sales practice will be responsible for the client impact, profitability, and growth of inside and field sales outsourcing, with business revenues approximately $160M. The GM will lead efforts to maintain and expand revenue, diversify the client base, and innovate in analytics and efficiency, especially within Healthcare Provider (HCP) Activation capabilities.
This role encompasses standard GM duties such as financial and team management, sales and marketing strategies. It is also highly client-facing, focusing on building transformative partnerships to enhance client business levers, and market-facing, establishing collaborations with third parties to boost our value proposition. The GM will also shape and lead the analytics enablement strategy of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive top-line sales and revenue, aiming for a plan of $162.6M in revenue and $212.5M in TCV.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue both short and long-term at segment levels.
- Oversee targeting prioritization and execution.
- Lead sales & marketing strategies across segments and throughout product lifecycle.
- Partner with other Centers of Excellence to enhance cross-portfolio offerings including data, analytics, digital, brand, and technology.
- Leverage analytics to support therapy expertise and delivery strategies.
- Create new offerings to maintain industry leadership and adapt to industry changes.
- Demonstrate leadership in client presentations to improve win rates.
- Ensure delivery success and high client satisfaction.
Profitability and Practice Management
- Manage expenses and drive profit growth.
- Support client delivery through recruiting, training, and project management.
- Implement Lean initiatives to reduce costs.
- Maintain compliance and performance standards.
- Own P&L and financial targets.
- Focus on people development and employee value proposition.
- Ensure overall client impact and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute operational plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Build positive relationships with third-party collaborators and clients’ partners.
- Communicate and collaborate with leadership to shape strategy and innovation.
- Lead market thought leadership and develop marketable client materials.
- Establish pricing structures and maintain client references.
- Develop offerings and expand capabilities through partnerships and acquisitions.
- Lead digital and technological infrastructure development to support growth.
- Provide leadership to extended teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

Compensation
The annual base pay range for this role is $211,700 to $589,700, with actual offers depending on qualifications, location, and other factors. Incentives, bonuses, and benefits may also be included.
