VP of Brand & Communication . In this role you'll oversee the Brand & Communication Marketing department & functions. You'll develop marketing, creative, & communication strategies to connect members & potential members with our brand, programs, & benefits. You'll be responsible for programs to increase member engagement & attract new members, establishing Nusenda as the preferred financial provider. You'll oversee efforts related to growth & acquisition, lead brand strategy, & ensure delivery of content that drives brand awareness, engagement, financial well-being, & lead generation. You'll direct member communications & online engagement related to financial well-being resources.You'll collaborate internally to implement user-friendly digital experiences. What you'll do: Responsible for member engagement marketing strategies and activities related to member-facing communications channels.
Responsible for effectively communicating the Credit Union’s value proposition to members and non-members, attracting new members, and more deeply engaging current members with our products, services and benefits. Directs member communications and online engagement related to financial well-being tools and resources.
Leads work with internal stakeholders and team members to execute projects on time and at a high level of quality.
Collaborates with Digital, Growth, and Operations teams on adoption of and continuous improvement to marketing processes and campaign frameworks.
Identifies and collaborates with CMO on continued improvements to the overall marketing function, team organization, and operations.
Oversees, coordinates and assists in the daily activity of the Brand and Communication Marketing department to include assignment of duties and special projects, monitoring workload and productivity, planning and prioritization, problem resolution, and develops recommendations for change or improvement.
What you'll need: Eight to ten years of similar or related experience Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing or related field Key Skills and Experience: Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution. Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to work with multiple levels of the organization. Strong performance management and leadership skills to provide advisory services to external departments and manage direct reporting staff effectively. Development, performance management, training, and employee counseling skills essential. Must have in-depth understanding of and ability to manage multiple business units and generate both immediate and long-term results. Experienced in MS Office programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.
