$180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Are you an experienced Veterinarian looking to take the next steps in your career? We have a highly lucrative, exciting Associate Veterinarian role available in Kirkland, WA with a privately owned hospital partner. Opportunity to manage urgent care “light” caseloads at your discretion Supportive team: experienced ER technicians and veterinary assistants No surgery required unless desired; owner available for support Laid-back, independently owned practice with flexible scheduling Full control over cut-off times and admittance of cases 401(k) with employer match available with just one weekly shift Health insurance coverage is fully paid by the employer at two shifts/week No overnights, no weekends—focused on quality of life Our partners at a well-established, independently owned urgent care and wellness veterinary clinic are seeking a passionate Associate Veterinarian to join their collaborative team. Whether you’re looking to maintain clinical skills, explore diverse cases without the stress of overnight work, or simply want a steady and rewarding opportunity—this could be the perfect role for you. This opportunity is based in a modern, doctor-owned practice, working alongside 2 DVMs equipped for walk-in urgent care and wellness visits. With experienced ER technicians and veterinary assistants by your side, you’ll enjoy autonomy in daily case decisions while supported by a knowledgeable and efficient backhouse team. The clinic is known for its down-to-earth environment, quality medicine, and loyal client base, making it a great setting for someone who values clinical freedom and work-life balance. You’ll manage a mix of wellness and urgent care appointments, including minor emergency procedures, on shifts running from 11 AM to 9 PM. Surgeries and complex cases are optional and fully supported by the owner when needed. Flexibility is key here: the practice is looking for the right cultural fit and is willing to work around your availability, whether that’s two or four shifts per week.
