With deep expertise in automation, data intelligence, and next-gen AI, they partner with organizations to solve their most complex challenges and unlock new growth opportunities. The Role As Managing Director, AI Strategy, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing enterprise-level AI transformation strategies. Sitting at the intersection of innovation, consulting, and business leadership, you will: Lead end-to-end AI strategy engagements, from initial C-suite advisory through to roadmap development and implementation oversight. Identify high-value AI opportunities that align with client business goals—driving revenue growth, cost optimization, and competitive advantage. Build and own strategic client relationships, influencing decision-makers and positioning the firm as a long-term AI transformation partner. Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure strategy is grounded in feasible, scalable AI capabilities. Manage the enterprise pipeline—responding to inbound interest and actively growing key accounts. Qualifications We’re looking for a visionary leader with a sharp strategic mindset and deep domain experience in Boutique AI consulting. The ideal candidate will bring: A strong track record leading AI and automation initiatives at scale, ideally in a consulting or enterprise innovation context. Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate complex AI opportunities into clear business value. Experience designing and executing AI transformation roadmaps, working across functions and industries. Deep familiarity with AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP, decision systems) and how to operationalize them in business settings. Commercial acumen and the ability to close high-value advisory engagements.
