Base pay range 150,000.00 / yr - $185,000.00 / yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus One of the largest publicly traded real estate investors and fund managers in the world, , with total assets under management in excess of $100 billion, is looking to hire an Asset Management Director. Position Description This position will be responsible for all aspects of asset managing a portfolio of student housing assets. The role will be based in our New York office and will report to the Head of Asset Management USA. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies for the assets and portfolio to maximize portfolio performance Drive, motivate, and lead third-party property-level management and leasing teams Monitor and report on all aspects of the portfolio Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and capital improvements Direct capital projects, including hiring project managers.
