We're seeking a strategic and visionary VP of Human Resources to drive culture, talent, and innovation at the highest level Full Time Hybrid in NJ 3-4days a week Must come from a global enterprise background being comfortable in a company that has thousands of employees HRIS Systems, BPO, stakeholder management, Microsoft Office, manage large scale HRIS operations, HR Processes, HR Systems, HR data management, HR Reporting, payroll Job Summary The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for leading the organization s global HR strategy, focusing on people management, workforce development, and employee engagement. This role requires expertise in managing HR functions within large enterprises and leveraging Oracle Cloud systems to optimize HR processes. The VP of HR serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, driving initiatives that align with business goals and fostering a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and implement a global HR strategy that aligns with the company s business objectives and growth plans. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational design. Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion across the global organization. People Management and Development Lead talent management programs, including recruitment, retention, succession planning, and leadership development. Oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture and improve employee satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies for diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization. Global HR Operations Oversee HR operations for a global enterprise, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and cultural nuances. Manage compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive and aligned with market standards. Monitor and manage HR budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Lead the implementation, optimization, and management of Oracle Cloud HCM systems, ensuring seamless HR operations. Ensure HR processes leverage Oracle Cloud capabilities for efficiency, data accuracy, and real-time analytics. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to integrate Oracle Cloud with other enterprise systems for streamlined workflows. Change Management and Organizational Development Drive organizational change initiatives to support business transformation and growth. Lead efforts to improve employee adaptability to new technologies, systems, and ways of working. Partner with business leaders to assess organizational needs and design solutions that enhance productivity. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure compliance with global labor laws, regulations, and data privacy standards, including GDPR and other relevant policies. Develop and enforce policies and practices that promote ethical behavior and risk mitigation. Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required). Master s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Human Resources (preferred). Experience 10+ years of HR leadership experience in large, global enterprises. Strong expertise in people management, talent development, and organizational design. Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM systems, including implementation and optimization. Comprehensive knowledge of HR compliance, global labor laws, and workforce planning in a global context. Skills Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering results in complex, global environments. Proficient in leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM systems for reporting, analytics, and process improvement. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Certifications Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or SHRM-SCP (preferred).
