Job Description This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, with approximately 3 in-office days per week at our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office. Job Summary : The incumbent will lead the Transition Management department, assisting financial advisors and their teams in transitioning practices to the firm or between divisions. The role requires extensive knowledge and skills to influence strategic direction, develop tactical plans, and manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams. Regular contact with senior management is essential to provide comprehensive solutions to complex problems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Manage and evaluate the work of subordinate managers and supervisors. Perform human resource activities, including coaching, mentoring, and training development. Interpret and recommend changes to policies and procedures. Collaborate with management to identify and implement solutions. Monitor regulatory compliance with groups such as FINRA, IRS, SEC, etc. Establish objectives and develop processes for efficient workflow. Coordinate with product managers and IT to create system requirements and oversee project implementation. Report on work progress and project status. Maintain contact with senior management to resolve issues. Ensure coordination across functional areas and identify trends for corrective actions. Use financial data for control mechanisms and improvements. Develop and manage departmental policies, procedures, and budgets. Perform other duties as assigned. Educational / Previous Experience Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in finance, business administration, or related field, with 8+ years in financial services, including 5+ years in management. Licenses / Certifications : SIE required; Series 99 or ability to obtain within 120 days. Series 6, 7, 17, 37, 38, or other principal-level licenses are advantageous. Education: Bachelor's in Finance or related, with extensive experience. Work Experience: Over 15 years. Certifications: FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 99. Travel: Less than 25%. Workstyle: Hybrid.
