Job Description Join our team as the Regional Vice President of Ag Lending and lead a dynamic, innovative team to drive growth and success in the agricultural lending sector, while making a significant impact on the future of our customers and communities.
Overview Horizon Farm Credit is actively seeking a Regional Vice President of Ag Lending. Qualified candidates may work in our Meadville, PA, Coudersport, PA, Butler, PA, New Stanton, PA, Martinsburg, PA, or Reedsville, PA branch locations. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Our ideal candidate is an experienced, organized, detail-oriented, and analytical individual excited to grow and develop our Allegheny lending team.
Position Description Join our team as an RVP of Ag Lending, working under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Ag Lending. The RVP is responsible for directing business development, negotiating, and loan servicing within the region. This role involves developing and implementing a marketing plan focused on achieving growth and profitability goals, leading a team to build strong customer relationships, and promoting business services to enhance customer success.
You will lead staff to achieve individual and team goals, communicate effectively, and ensure performance accountability. Collaboration with the regional credit officer is essential to maintain credit quality and standards, adhering to FCA, Bank, and Association regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities Leadership
Inspire and coach staff by setting clear expectations and maintaining accountability.
Work with and lead the regional team with support from the Ag Lending Managers and Regional Credit Officer to support initiatives.
Support employee growth through training and mentoring.
Lead change by communicating processes and encouraging innovative solutions.
Serve as an advocate and liaison between staff and senior leadership.
