We are seeking a visionary and client-centric Executive Vice President to lead with authority at the intersection of operational excellence, creative strategy, and public relations. This newly established executive role is pivotal in shaping the organization’s external voice and internal rigor. The successful candidate will not only drive superior client service and implement scalable methodologies across multiple locations, but also serve as the strategic architect of the company’s public relations efforts—amplifying brand reputation, strengthening stakeholder trust, and ensuring consistent, compelling messaging in every market we serve.
Job Duties
- Provide strategic leadership for 39-45 active client projects spanning marketing, communications, PR, digital, and brand initiatives
- Implement consistent account processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and oversee strategic, integrated marketing plans based on thorough research
- Manage high-profile accounts and client relationships, driving retention and growth
- Lead and develop team members across multiple locations
- Serve as the "Integrator" for process implementation of proven methodologies
- Balance operational consistency with innovative thinking to deliver exceptional client service
- Drive strategic growth while identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships
- Collaborate with creative services to enhance visual storytelling capabilities
- Maintain client relationships with regular travel between locations
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or PR with minimum 4 years in agency environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of increasing responsibility and leadership
- Strong experience managing large, high-profile accounts and multiple clients simultaneously
- Strategic approach to client management for retention and business growth
- Experience developing and implementing research-based, integrated marketing plans
- Demonstrated success leading teams and developing direct reports
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
