Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: Candidates with biotech/sponsor dermatology experience highly preferred.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement clinical strategies that align with the company's goals and regulatory requirements.
Clinical Trial Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of all phases of clinical trials, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and meet quality standards
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the clinical operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with CROs and other vendors, from selection to contract closure.
Budget Oversight: Develop and manage clinical operations budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all clinical activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines
