About the Role
The Company is searching for a dedicated Vice President of Impact to spearhead critical initiatives that will elevate the organization's mission nationwide. This senior leader will embody the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion while partnering closely with the CEO, Management Team, and Board to expand the company's influence and effectiveness. The successful candidate will lead the National Impact Team, champion innovation, and enhance collaboration throughout our national network.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and advancing the organization's impact
- Synthesizing findings and sharing insights to drive learning
- Stewarding the company's Theory of Change
- Developing a robust national pipeline strategy
- Designing effective methodologies to achieve our objectives
- Building strategic partnerships that align with our mission, with a special focus on racial equity
The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in senior leadership roles within national nonprofit, philanthropic, or government sectors, demonstrating a track record of tackling complex social issues. A collaborative mindset, high emotional intelligence, and expertise in strategic relationship management are key attributes. This position requires a proactive learner and doer, comfortable navigating challenges and embracing opportunities for growth.
