We’re seeking a
Vice President, Brand Strategy
to lead HCP brand strategy across multiple key accounts. This is a leadership role on a highly collaborative strategy team where you’ll partner with creative, account, medical, and engagement leads to shape strategic narratives, guide brand positioning, and influence the way we communicate with healthcare professionals. You’ll serve as the voice of the customer (the HCP), champion insight-driven strategy, and help build meaningful, resonant healthcare brands. Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development of HCP brand initiatives from positioning through tactical planning and execution. Translate complex clinical data and market dynamics into actionable insights that inform creative briefs and communication strategies. Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure strategic alignment throughout the ideation process. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic mentorship based on a thorough grasp of the HCP approach, competitive environment, and therapeutic field. Lead primary and secondary research efforts (in partnership with analytics and medical) to uncover insights about HCP behavior, prescribing motivations, and treatment barriers. Develop compelling brand stories and value propositions tailored to specific HCP audiences across specialties. Mentor and manage junior strategists, fostering growth and strategic excellence. Partner with engagement and media teams to ensure message pull-through across digital and non-personal promotion channels. Drive internal thought leadership and strategic POVs to elevate the agency’s positioning within HCP marketing. Qualifications
10+ years of brand strategy experience in healthcare advertising, with a strong background in HCP marketing. Oncology or High Science experience would be a huge plus. Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, HCP behavior, and multi-channel marketing approaches. Proven ability to translate complex science into motivating messaging frameworks. Experience conducting and synthesizing market research to fuel strategy. Skilled in developing brand positioning, strategic narratives, and creative briefs. Collaborative, confident, and comfortable leading strategic conversations with senior-level clients. Strong presentation and communication skills. Passionate about wellness, storytelling, and inspiring change in healthcare. Additional Information

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
