The Vice President of Sales is responsible for long-term strategic sales initiatives for Mars Food and Nutrition N.A., leading and developing the sales organization to deliver growth objectives for the region across brands like Ben's Original and Seeds of Change. Reporting to the Regional President of Mars Food and Nutrition NA, this role is key in building strong customer relationships and serving as the Senior Sales advisor to the Regional President and the Senior Leadership team. The VP will be a vital member of the N.A. Food and Nutrition Leadership Team, overseeing all sales channels, including retail, food service, customer account teams, field sales, digital/e-commerce, and Strategic Demand Leadership. This impactful role influences business success, with responsibility for the entire Sales Force Operations, including strategy setting and P&L contribution for Food & Nutrition N.A.
