About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to take on a pivotal leadership role in the development and execution of marketing strategies and tactics. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the US marketing team, go-to-market launch, and directing cross-company omnichannel efforts. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to ensure the successful commercialization of the product in the US market. The Vice President will also be a key member of the Commercial Leadership Team, championing cross-functional collaboration, and building strong relationships with thought leaders. Candidates for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or life sciences, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing function, particularly in hematology or oncology, is required. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in product launch, market development, and a deep understanding of marketing strategies, market research, and business forecasting. Experience in a senior marketing leadership position, recent major market development, and US payor marketing experience are highly desired. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic agility, the ability to adapt to market dynamics, and a consultative style with excellent communication skills.
