A growing Water Design Center in Greenville, SC is seeking a Process Engineer Group Leader to build, lead, and manage a team of engineering professionals supporting a wide range of water and wastewater projects nationwide. In this leadership role, you’ll drive process design and project management, mentor team members, engage with clients, and support business development initiatives.
A leading Water Design Center is seeking a Process Engineer – Water Treatment Lead to join its team in Greenville, SC. This position offers the opportunity to lead a variety of water treatment plant projects from conceptual planning through detailed design and construction support.
The Process Engineer will manage projects through all phases, including facility and equipment layouts, design calculations, equipment vendor coordination, interdisciplinary team management, regulatory coordination, and quality reviews of design deliverables. Leading drinking water process evaluations, selections, and implementations.
Leading detailed designs for drinking water treatment processes such as:
Design of chemical storage and feed systems.
Preparation of specifications and contract documents.
Supporting construction projects and overseeing the development of construction drawings and 3D models.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, or Biosystems/Biological Engineering. (5+ years of direct design experience with municipal water treatment plants.
