Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner in Aesthetics & Wellness, located in Cypress, TX. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, administering aesthetic treatments, and providing wellness consultations. Daily tasks also include monitoring patient progress, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with expertise in IV hydration therapy, independently managing patients, and performing medical spa treatments. This role is ideal for a motivated NP looking for flexibility, autonomy, and an opportunity to be vested in a fast-growing startup with a high earning potential and profit sharing structure.
Key Responsibilities: Administer IV hydration therapy and ensure patients’ safety throughout treatments. Provide comprehensive patient management, including intake consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and follow-up care. Perform medical spa services such as Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP treatments, facials, and hormone replacement therapy. Work independently and collaboratively with the clinic team to manage patient flow, assess and treat patients, and offer recommendations for enhanced services. Educate clients on wellness solutions and appropriate aftercare. Foster strong relationships with patients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Support business development by helping attract and retain patients, while delivering outstanding service.
Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing or related field Active Texas Nurse Practitioner (NP) License in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IV hydration therapy and independently managing patients. Proficient in performing medical spa treatments (Botox, fillers, microneedling, PRP, etc.). Ability to work autonomously, with excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Passionate about holistic wellness and committed to delivering a high-quality client experience. Willingness to grow with the company and invest in its long-term success. Strong understanding of medical standards and regulatory compliance
