About this Unit: The Division of Economic and Workforce Support (DEWS) manages Adult Financial Assistance Programs (Old Age Pension, State Burial Assistance, Aid to the Needy Disabled, Home Care Allowance, Colorado Supplement), the Colorado Works Program, Colorado Refugee Services, Employment First, and other workforce services. These programs support elderly and disabled indigent adults, promote employment and self-sufficiency, and operate statewide through county agencies. The division develops policies, trains staff, monitors compliance, and collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery. *This is a Hybrid position, requiring twice-weekly visits to the Denver office.* This role supports strategic goals by analyzing reports, developing performance measures, interpreting trends, and enhancing SNAP Employment and Training (E&T) performance. It offers technical assistance, program and policy guidance, and reviews county and vendor operations related to federal and state requirements. The goal is to improve management and performance of SNAP E&T programs.

Experience Requirements: Six years of professional experience in quality reviews, performance tracking, technical assistance, and program support. OR Bachelor’s degree plus two years of relevant professional experience in similar roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Five years designing performance tracking tools like dashboards and reports. Extensive knowledge of federal SNAP E&T regulations. Knowledge of workforce development trends, legislation, and innovations. Experience collaborating with organizations, counties, and stakeholders. Experience developing program goals, roles, and risk assessments. State service tenure may be considered favorably. Conditions of Employment: Occasional travel within Colorado and to national conferences. Background and reference checks required.
