Job Title: 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician
Join Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells as a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician. Located at 511 E Adams St, Wisconsin Dells, WI, Wilderness Resort is America's Largest Waterpark Resort, dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and memorable experience for guests and employees alike.
Position Overview: This role involves maintaining and repairing all buildings owned and operated by Wilderness Resort. It is a full-time, 3rd shift position requiring weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on furnishings and equipment.
- Complete work request forms, preventative maintenance sheets, and respond to guest requests.
- Conduct daily inspections of interior and exterior building components.
- Ensure timely scheduling and completion of repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, pneumatics, Ving Card lock systems, fire alarms, cooling, refrigeration, and related equipment.
- Maintain a daily work request log for repairs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stay updated on code requirements and certifications.
- Follow all policies outlined in the employee handbook.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License or ability to obtain one.
